Since I started Lifestyle Coaching I have found it easier to balance work and homelife, which includes bringing up our 5 year old. I have lost over a stone in weight. I feel more in-control of the day-to-day and this enables me to be forward thinking to make realistic plans to achieve my goals. I am fitter, slimmer and happier and my husband loves it too!
